Wakeouts that keep me going

My daily commute is unbearable. If lucky, I spend 3.5 hrs in the car, daily. I don’t exercise much since I had a stroke, 11 years ago. I just discovered Wakeout and I can feel how those bits have made a difference in my overall energy levels and enthusiasm.

Wake up time: 4:45 am
Routine duration: 35 minutes

My power morning routine is:

  1. Getting out of bed with a Wakeout routine (the In Bed ones)
  2. Praying while showering
  3. Including lots of coffee and fruit for breakfast

I’m looking forward to keep increasing my mobility and activity levels. I’ll sure keep you posted!
