My daily commute is unbearable. If lucky, I spend 3.5 hrs in the car, daily. I don’t exercise much since I had a stroke, 11 years ago. I just discovered Wakeout and I can feel how those bits have made a difference in my overall energy levels and enthusiasm.
Wake up time: 4:45 am
Routine duration: 35 minutes
My power morning routine is:
- Getting out of bed with a Wakeout routine (the In Bed ones)
- Praying while showering
- Including lots of coffee and fruit for breakfast
