Hit the iron before coffee

Hope this catches on! Here’s mine:

Wake up time: 5:00am
Routine duration: 1 hour or so

My power morning routine is:

  1. Wake up with a wakeout in bed
  2. Cross fit class at 5:30am
  3. Biiiiig breakfast :yum:
  4. Cold shower
  5. Drive to work

I like to get the hardest part of the day done early. After my crossfit class it’s all downhill from there.
