Harder workouts


Don’t get me wrong, I love Wakeout. But after I’ve closed the circle, I’d like to do a few routines that are a little harder. Jumps, squats, pushups, that sort of thing. I think it would go well with what you guys already have!

Thanks Angela, welcome to the community! This is something we’re actively considering. For the time being, there are a lot of great alternatives for hard workouts in the App Store. If we’re to add harder workouts, it would have to have a unique Wakeout twist.

For the time being, we’ll focus on light exercises to stay active and energized through the day.


Do push ups count as a light exercise?


Mmmmmaybe. A lot of people have a hard time doing push ups. Knee-push ups are a possibility. We’ll look into it! Thanks!
