My activity goal is:
100 push up challenge. Do 100 push ups in one go!

Where am I currently at:
I can do 23 good form push ups already. Been at it for 3 days.
Why do I want to reach this goal:
I generally feel weak. I’m pretty skinny and don’t have good self image. So getting stronger I think would help me feel better about myself. I get winded lifting boxes!
Timeframe to reach this goal:
Supposedly the program claims I can get there in 6 weeks. Yea right. I’m giving myself 8 weeks. I’ll report back with updates.
